18 weeks old

last night owen had rice cereal for the very first time. it was so fun to watch as he moved it all around in his mouth and then spit it back out. he was checking out the new texture and taste, trying to figure out what to do with it. and ooooohhh...the faces! so cute and silly! thought i'd share a few messy pics with you....

owen had his 4 month appointment on tuesday and he was all smiles as dr miller checked him out. he weighed 15 pounds, was 25 inches long, and his head was 40.8 centimeters around. he was in the 50th perecentile for both height and weight, while his little head was only in the 20th. everything went great, so now we just have to get through his second round of shots. uuughh!
